First you will attend a 90 minute induction workshop to cover the basic techniques, so that you will gain the most out of the classes, and discover the finer points of Kettlebell training at your own pace.
Step 3
Then you are free to jump in on any of our classes. We hold regular classes in Clapham Junction. See below for the full class location, timetable and pricing.
